Refund & Return Policy

Overview At tiensiva, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We operate from Dongguan, China and ship exclusively to customers in the continental United States. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the conditions listed below. All policies are applied fairly and transparently.

Return Window Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Not washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging still attached
  • Returned in a resellable condition

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as tiensiva is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, use, or alteration
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or external factors
  • Personalized or intimate items (if any)

No Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees will be charged
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Process

  1. Contact us at service@tiensiva.com with your order number to request a return
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions (usually within 1–2 business days)
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address
  4. Provide the tracking number once shipped

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–10 additional days)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before 5:00 PM EST on the same day they are placed
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Taxes & Duties Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, import duties, or customs fees. These charges are collected by local authorities and are not controlled by tiensiva.
