Shipping policy
Overview tiensiva is based in Dongguan, China and ships exclusively to customers in the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories.
Shipping Regions We ship only to the continental United States. We do not ship to: Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. Orders with unsupported addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time We use reliable international logistics partners (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent) for delivery to the United States.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5-10 business days.
- Total estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days from the date of order (processing + shipping).
Delivery times are estimates only and use business days (Monday–Friday). Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, customs, or high order volume.
Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders $49 USD or more.
- For orders under $49, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
All shipping charges are shown transparently before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your package using the provided number.
